Date-hold fee terms

  1. What it is. The £250 date-hold fee reserves your chosen date while our flight partner confirms the site, permissions and final price.
  2. It comes off your price. If you go ahead, the full £250 is deducted from your show price.
  3. Full refund if we can’t fly. If our flight partner cannot offer your date or site, or cannot get the permissions needed, we refund the £250 in full within 14 days.
  4. If you change your mind. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of paying, or any time before you receive your confirmed quote. After you accept the confirmed quote, the show contract with our flight partner applies.
  5. How long it holds. Your date is held for 14 days from the confirmed quote. If you have not confirmed by then, we may release it and refund your fee.
  6. Who you are dealing with. SkyGlow Shows designs your show with you; shows are flown by our licensed, insured flight partner, who contracts with you for the show itself.
  7. Weather. Weather postponements are handled under the flight partner’s show terms; your date-hold fee stays credited to the rescheduled show.
